Please join immediately so we can introduce you to our members. In this group, we typically answer any questions you have within a few hours compared to email.

Drop any questions about your job search in the commuity chat. Attend the group discussions under "Calendar" tab.

1.You will be paired up with a dedicated MPH career mentor who will handle most of your job search questions. You still have access to chat with our Mentors via Skool and can schedule a call when needed.

2. Resume Revamp - (Week 1) We will revamp your resume (expect ~3 days for delivery). It will be optimized to be ATS-friendly, with keywords, and tailored for the next role you are applying for. It will showcase your best abilities and the impact you can potentially bring to the next employer.

3. LinkedIn Optimization - (Week 1) Once we’re done with your resume we will help rebrand and optimize your LinkedIn profile. We will do this by crafting a personal story in your bio, headline revamp, advising on any changes that need to be made for your cover & profile photo, changing your experience section, endorsing for skills, and optimizing for relevant keywords recruiters may be searching for. After this makeover, you will instantly gain more attention and be more attractive to employers.

4. Job Searching Strategy/Accountability - (Week 2+) Starts after Resume & LinkedIn has been optimized. Please review all the video modules in Section

of the 4-step career course. Your mentor will set expectations and provide weekly direction, insights, and feedback on your job search.

5. Interview Preparation - (Week 2+ or as needed) When you land your first callback from a company, please let your mentor know ASAP. We will give you a game plan of what to say, how to say it, so you can prepare and ace it to move on to the next rounds! In this stage, you will encounter many different questions such as situational, behavioral, and even cognitive ones that we will help prep you to answer confidently. We will continuously coach you on calls weekly so you can ace your interviews!

Additional Client Expectations:

We expect all our clients to continuously post authentic content that pertains to their industry, their profession, and their lives (we have ChatGPT prompts to make it easy too). We also expect you to network, make connection requests, and start coffee chats with key stakeholders in your ideal companies.

In addition, please feel free to leverage our network of 12K+ connections on LinkedIn once you have an optimized LinkedIn profile that we signed off on. So if you see there is someone Brian or someone at MPH is connected to at a company you are applying for, we will try our best to make an introduction at the very least.
