About Me
From nearly declaring bankruptcy from a failed business to earning 6-figures working for top tech companies like Google, YouTube, & Uber without a technical degree...
I'm Brian Kwa, the founder of MPH Tech Academy, and if you're wondering what MPH stands for it's Motivation, Passion, Hustle and we believe you need all three to have velocity in whatever you want to do in life.
Having grown up in a lower-middle-class, first-generation Asian American home with parents that could barely speak english, I felt lost and torn on which career path was best for me.

It wasn't until I discovered a mentorship program that helped me break into tech that ignited my passion for helping others.
Now I'm on a mission to create a network & community of amazing mentors & jobseekers looking to pay it forward to the next generation of leaders.

Who is this for?

What services does MPH offer?
1) Career consulting such as: 1-on-1 or Group Coaching/Mentorship, Resume Revision, LinkedIn Optimization, Job Search Strategy, Interview Preparation, and Apprenticeships to allow jobseekers to gain skills to break into tech.
2) Coaching and Mentorship: We offer coaching for coaches/mentors to help our jobseekers grow.
3) Talent agency connecting opportunities to job seekers while working with clients who need staffing help - Direct-to-hire, temp, and contract work.
What is the cost of your services?
From Free Academy mentorship with basic fundamentals to advanced, hands-on, one-on-one mentorship that can range from a $1.5K-$3K+, we have something for everyone at every level. We also have flexible pricing options to make it more affordable for everyone.
