This is what I went through myself.

And in my frustration, I decided to embrace the challenge and figure it out myself.

It took years of trial and error, 100s of applications, tens of interviews until I finally cracked the code and was offered my first job in tech.

The Answer was mentorship. This was my shortcut to success.

After going through a mentorship program, I started working as a tech sales professional then a technical recruiter working for top companies like Google earning over 6 figures in my first year.

Seeing both sides of the equation allowed me to build a deep and unique understanding of the recruitment processes behind the world’s leading tech companies.

I got to see the reasons behind why some candidates were offered highly-rewarding and fulfilling roles and some falling short.

Since then, it has been my and MPH’s mission to help individuals land their desired jobs, and remove the stress and guesswork out of the job search once and forever.
